Jiliveo (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online betting and gaming service provider. By using the jiliveo.ws website, you ("member", "user") are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes via your registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• Every bet or game carries a risk of financial loss — members are responsible for making their own informed decisions.
• Jiliveo never pressures you to bet or guarantees any winnings.
• A stable internet connection is required to use this service.

Accurate and complete information is required to register an account on jiliveo. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and all associated balances may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to the member.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.

Jiliveo supports multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. Please ensure all payment details are accurate.

• Deposits must always be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.
• Jiliveo does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

Jiliveo is committed to ensuring members can withdraw their funds as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000।
• KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal (up to 24 hours to process).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Jiliveo reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Terms and conditions apply to all jiliveo bonuses and promotional offers. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Cashback Bonus: 10% cashback on weekly losses. Wager: 1x.
• Reload Bonus: 50% bonus every week, up to ৳2,000. Wager: 8x.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a ৳500 bonus (after your friend's first deposit).

All bets on jiliveo are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature is available and used.

• Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet: varies by market.
• If a match is abandoned (or fewer than 5 overs are played in cricket), the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Jiliveo reserves the right to change odds; however, odds on bets already placed will not be affected.
• Jiliveo reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the bet settled on the remaining legs.

All jiliveo casino games use RNG verified by independent auditors. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is publicly disclosed.
• If you disconnect during a game, the round will be saved in the system.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Progressive jackpot wins may require additional verification.

Jiliveo may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonus offers or fraudulent activity.
• Attempted account hacking or unauthorized access.
• Activities related to money laundering (Money Laundering).
• Use by or on behalf of minors.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification.

Jiliveo is an entertainment platform. We are not liable for the following:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to your internet connection being lost.
• If a transaction fails due to an issue on your device.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.

• Your data is used solely for service delivery and security purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. jiliveo aims to provide an initial response within 72 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the matter can be escalated to a higher level.
• In the event of a financial dispute, jiliveo's records will be considered the authoritative source.

Jiliveo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified 7 days before any changes take effect. In urgent situations, changes may be made immediately.

If any part of these terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. This agreement represents the complete understanding between jiliveo and the member.
